Yes. Your conversations, pet information, and personal data are encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your Settings page — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your subscription ends at the end of the billing period.

Yes! The Paws Genie is built for dogs and cats. During onboarding you choose your pet's type and the AI fully adapts to their species, breed, age, and personality.

The Personal plan ($10/mo) covers one pet with unlimited chat, memories, health tracking, and the calendar. The Family plan ($20/mo) covers multiple pets and adds the Content Creation Studio for AI-generated photos and captions.
